This year's mission trip was a special one. Just three months ago it wouldn't have been so special but when I decided to become a senior it became my last mission trip. I will say that it made me tired!
One time that stood out during the mission trip was the next to last night. I was preaching about the unpardonable sin. I made it through the sermon with energy and got to the appeal. I had three groups of people that I was aiming at to stand up. Nothing happened. I just started talking from my heart and the Holy spirit took over. I'm not exactly sure what I said except that it was something along the lines making a stand against sin and standing to show that you want to change. It was not me at all. Almost everyone stood up.
I learned an important lesson that day. There is nothing I can do to make people love Jesus or make a decision for Him. It was worth it all the work but in the end it was God's work that made it all count. We can do our best but Without God nothing is possible.
